ACCESS STATEMENT

 

Yew Tree Chapel is an historic property in an elevated position.

 

PARKING & ARRIVAL

Designated parking is available for all within 15 metres of main entrance.

Drop off point is available at bottom of steps. There are 9 shallow steps and

3 normal steps up to a double doored entrance.

 

 

BEDROOMS

All the bedrooms are upstairs. There is one flight of 14 treads. 180 degree turn

at bottom of flight. Wheelchair access not possible upstairs.

Each is En-suite, each having a shower over a continental hip-bath.

 

HYPO-ALLERGY

The public areas and bedrooms have wooden floors with heating underneath.

There are wool or silk rugs. The bedding is poly-cotton with polyester filled pillows.

Artificial perfumes and bio-soap powder are avoided. Heavily scented flowers are confined to the conservatory. The house does accept dogs. The house is non-smoking.
