ACCESS STATEMENT

 

Yew Tree Chapel is an historic property in an elevated position.

 

PARKING & ARRIVAL

Designated parking is available for all within 15 metres of main entrance.

Drop off point is available at bottom of steps. There are 9 shallow steps and

4 normal steps up to a double-doored entrance.

 

PUBLIC AREAS

The main lounge is 26ft x 20ft. There is a step down to the dining room.

In a different direction there is as step down to the toilet.

 

BEDROOMS

All the bedrooms are upstairs. There is one flight of 14 treads. Every room is

En-suite, each having a shower over a continental hip-bath.

 

HYPO-ALLERGY

The public areas and bedrooms have wooden floors with heating underneath.

There are wool or silk rugs. The bedding is poly-cotton with polyester filled pillows.

Artificial perfumes and bio-soap powder are avoided. Heavily scented flowers are confined to the conservatory. The house does accept dogs. The house is non-smoking.

 

 

The proprietors or their representative sleep within the house and generally available.
